Scope of this policy

This policy explains how Fathonic LLC handles personal data in connection with the website fathonic.com. It covers this website only.

Fathonic is developing a mobile application. That application is not publicly available, and this policy does not describe how it will process data. A separate policy for the application will be published before it becomes available.

Fathonic LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States, is responsible for this website.

What this website does not do

This release of the website is intentionally minimal. It does not include any of the following:

• user accounts, sign-in or profiles
• contact, newsletter or waiting-list forms
• analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party embeds
• cookies or similar storage set by Fathonic

Technical data processed when you visit

Like any website, fathonic.com cannot be delivered without some technical information being processed. Our hosting and content delivery provider (currently Cloudflare, Inc.) processes connection data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring page, and basic browser and device information.

This data is processed to deliver the requested pages, to keep the site available, and to protect it against abuse and attacks. It is handled by the provider as part of its standard hosting and security logging, retained for a limited period, and is not used by Fathonic to build profiles or to identify individual visitors.

If you contact us by email

If you write to hello@fathonic.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include in it.

We use that information only to read and answer your message and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and are deleted after that.

Sharing

Fathonic does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising.

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, currently our hosting and content delivery provider and our email provider. Data may also be disclosed where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

International processing

Fathonic LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. Our providers operate servers in several countries. Data processed in connection with this website may therefore be handled outside the country you are visiting from.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain processing.

Write to hello@fathonic.com and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you. Because this website collects so little, in many cases the only data we hold will be the correspondence you have sent us.

Children

This website is aimed at a general and business audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the website changes — for example, if we later add analytics or a contact form. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
